Yay! I am officially 12 weeks and 1 day today - which means we are in the clear of the first trimester when miscarriages usually occur!
According to babycenter.com, some of the most dramatic developments are happening this week: reflexes. They baby's fingers will soon begin to open and close, his toes will curl, his eye muscles will clench, and his mouth will make sucking movements. In fact, if you prod your abdomen, your baby will squirm in response, although you won't be able to feel it.
How fun to know my little guy is in there floating around in a water ballet!
